    80% of your body composition success is determined by what you eat. This is the most confusing area as conventional wisdom tells us to eat low-fat and high carb, when we know that as we evolved into the humans we are today, almost the exact opposite was true. 

  • HEALTHY MOVING

    Our ancestors did not go to the gym every morning and bust it out on the treadmill or a group class for 60 minutes every morning and then go to a cave and sit at a desk for 8 hours. 

    They moved frequently throughout the day, and every once in a while, they ran, they ran fast because something wanted to eat them!
