If you live in Philadelphia, Chris is currently accepting applications for in-person training.  During the quarantine, Chris will continue to serve all clients.  Most of the Health & Wellness Program is worked on through easy and regular movement, diet & nutrition.  For workout training sessions, Chris can train at your home or outside at a park.
